Whilst travelling through Europe we thought it would be romantic to sleep on the beach in Barcelona, yes young and very naive… We were approached by some dude asking for a light, willing to make friends I gave him one. Next thing i knew he had a knife at my boyfriend’s neck demanding all our money…. I gave him my bag with EVERYTHING in it, passports, money phones, etc etc
The shit got away but then some Spanish guys saw us in distressed and let us stay in there house, fed us and took us to the English embassy the next morning. We met another couple and they gave us a hamper of food knowing we had nothing.
Such a shitty experience as we had to return home but what amazing people we met 🙂 We have been to Barcelona many a times since then, but this time a lot wiser 😉
There are less women in our group these days 🙁 They either had kids or just don’t go out anymore. Most have also split from their partners. Out of a huge crowd there are only 2 girls in the group now 🙁 But I don’t really tend to go out too much these days. I don’t like feeling the oldest rocker in town….

It is a very cruel world and I question what you have written all the time. The only thing I can come up with is the wealthy want to stay and become even more wealthy.
I always send people cards but I make them myself and do silly photoshops of them.
Flowers – I hate receiving them, such a waste of money because they don’t last.
I’ve never celebrated Valentines. My partners birthday is the day before and when ever we go out with friends, places are full “romantic” couples – YUK
I don’t know?? I haven’t heard from him in ages. I know he moved and was very happy in his new pad 🙂

I always plan to eat a well meal before hand but I am always in a rush getting ready it never works out that way. Plus I always get pre party excitement I never feel hungry! So it is normally a quick trip to a drive through McDonalds!
